Termas de Papallacta is set in a stunning mountain backdrop, making it a picturesque retreat. The hot pools located just steps from our rooms provided a refreshing experience, and the surrounding trails offered great opportunities for hiking. The food was enjoyable, but while the dining options were good, they could have been a bit better considering the overall ambiance. The facilities were excellent, but the remote location might not be ideal for everyone as it takes a bit of travel to get there.

I had a wonderful stay at this resort spa. The thermal waters were incredibly soothing, especially in the spa area, which really enhanced my relaxation during the weekend. The recent renovations in the rooms added a nice touch, although we did encounter a couple of issues with temperature control and hot water in the morning. Dining options were good but a bit pricey, especially the dinner, while breakfast could use a little more variety. Overall, it was a great experience with stunning natural surroundings.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort with beautiful surroundings and excellent service. The staff, especially Dennis, made my birthday celebration truly memorable with their thoughtful surprises. However, the volume of kids at the resort made it difficult to enjoy the tranquility we were seeking. Overall, the amenities were great, but a quieter environment would have made it perfect.
